Hi, I’m Alison Nevarez-Pyron, the founder of All Things Timeless, a luxury wedding planning and coordination company serving Knoxville and Nashville, Tennessee, as well as Sacramento and San Francisco, California.

My journey into the wedding industry began in 2021, when I had the opportunity to coordinate a wedding for a sweet young couple at my church. What started as a kind gesture turned out to be a life-changing experience — I discovered a true passion (and a hidden talent!) for bringing beautiful celebrations to life.

That moment sparked something in me, and by 2022, All Things Timeless was born.

Before stepping into the world of weddings, I spent over 15 years in the security industry — working in sales, marketing, and customer service. That background gave me more than just business knowledge — it taught me how to manage moving parts, navigate high-pressure situations, and always put the client first. Now, I bring that same level of organization, leadership, and care into every wedding I plan.

On a more personal note, I’m a proud wife, mother, and stepmother. My daughter Haley, who was born with Down Syndrome, has been one of my greatest inspirations. She’s taught me patience, grace, and how to find beauty in every little detail — values I carry into each celebration I’m honored to be a part of.

Great question! A wedding planner is involved in your journey from beginning to end — helping with vendor selection, design, logistics, timelines, and more. A day-of coordinator steps in just before your wedding to manage the final details and make sure your day runs smoothly. Both are incredibly helpful — it just depends on the level of support you need!

When should we book you?

As soon as you say “yes!” is a great time to say hello to us. Most couples book us 9–15 months before their wedding date for full planning, or at least 2–3 months out for coordination. Our calendar fills quickly — the earlier, the better!

Do you work with LGBTQ+ couples?

Absolutely. Love is love, and every couple deserves a wedding that honors their story with care, creativity, and respect.

Do you travel for weddings?

Yes! While we're based in Northern California, we proudly serve couples in Knoxville and Nashville, Tennessee, as well as Sacramento and San Francisco, California. We also love destination weddings and are happy to travel wherever your love story takes you. Additional travel and lodging fees may apply depending on the location.
